We were born WHITE - but always penalized for being White. If we indicate a person of color acts or treats us a certain way such as aggressive or rude, why are the person of colors actions overlooked and the White person is racist and blames and even fired from jobs. Actions should be owned by the individual not blamed on race.

Reject woke redefinitions of words. We should have a law that says that we’ll use an edition of the dictionary older than ~1980, and that will form the basis of any word used in law, regulation, or court cases. We can’t have laws wokifying commonly used words.
Ask a woke person and they’ll say that it’s impossible for “BIPOCs” to be racist because racism requires power and privilege, and by further definition, only white people have it. So, everyone else is encouraged to hate on white people, and white heterosexual male Christians especially. That toxic ideology results in headlines like this: Bloomberg - Are you a robot?. “The year after Black Lives Matter protests, the S&P 100 added more than 300,000 jobs — 94% went to people of color.” How is this not severe anti white racism in effect? DEI is a rebrand of affirmative action, which is already illegal. If a policy that’s been given a new coat of paint achieves the same effect, it doesn’t matter how it’s repackaged, it’s illegal.

I fully agree. Content of character, not color of skin. Justice is blind for a reason.
We should also add why whites can’t get jobs. This DEI or now relabeling of DEI and ESG prevents whites from getting jobs. How can we stop this from occuring? The right to life, liberty, and persuit of happiness is being taken away because of a lack of access to jobs based on race.
