Boost housing supply by removing income tax from Home builders

Payroll tax and income tax add up to around 30% of the salary of homebuilders. Labor is one of the largest expenses for homebuilding companies. You could give a 30% raise to every person involved in home builder over night. This would shift the incentives to make homebuilding one of the most efficient markets to labor in. This would give companies more room to lower prices, as well as help attract labor to a market that has been chronically short staffed for two decades. This paired with laws preventing foreign companies, and investment firms from participating in the single family residential housing market would change the demand side of the market as well as setting tax incentives to increase home building labor.
