Body Autonomy Ammendment

Pass an amendment to our constitution that ensures body autonomy for every individual. Dr. Jack Kruse drafted one for San Salvador that they are working to put into their constitution. This would prevent the government from ever being able to mandate or force anyone to have any medical procedure against their will, and without inform consent.

Having this in our constitution would’ve prevented the whole issue with the COVID-19 injections. These protections need to extent military personnel as well . The law written for San Salvador Is already in existence, and could easily be adapted to be put through the legislative process to add our constitution. Our founding fathers never envisioned that medical tyranny would occur. We now know, and have experienced this form of tyranny I need to provide protection for future generations in our country.

I love that you included the military in your proposal. It saddened me that they had no choice in getting the vaccine.

Just throwing this out there, but if we were to roll this in with the
women’s reproductive rights movement, and alter it to read that the individuals body is theirs to control PERIOD, whether it be abortion, unwanted surgery, unwanted vaccines, or other medical procedure, there would be far more traction and be more widely accepted and pursued.
