A blockchain based crypto system would be used to track all employees in D.C.’s spending and their votes. This would discourage backroom deals with special interests. They will be watched by an INDEPENDENT body separate from D.C. Those people in the body will have term limits and elections. In turn, the government will also audit that body. Make sure the system is not manipulated which would turn the U.S. into Russia.
