The first step in reforming humanity is stopping all vaccines when a child is first born and thereafter. Parents also need to be educated on giving their child healthy food which needs to be more affordable along with exercise programs for their minds and bodies . Family unit needs to be put back together and made strong again . They also need to be educated on how to read , write , communicate , interact with people , understand basic mathematics , and be taught all basic life skills that are necessary in everyday life .
