My biggest health concerns besides the food dyes are almost every product at the grocery store has some type of bioengineered food ingredients. Why? I have been going through the food I found in my camper… Stuff that we bought for years, now has the bioengineered food ingredients that didn’t have before. So now I’m finding myself checking every box at the grocery store before I purchase it. I refuse to buy anything that has it because I Don’t know enough about it.
I was just doing basic cleaning and then went down the rabbit hole doing comparisons of what I had before from what I’m able to buy now.
