After Jan 20th, have Pres. Biden declared incompetent/senile. Have a reasonable date for this judgment, i.e. within the last year perhaps. Use that judgement to invalidate his executive orders and pardons. Result being of course to allow drilling for oil in now off limits areas as well as removing other restraints.

Since he wasn’t removed from office for mental decline, & he would never submit to any medical evaluation that would show his decline, could this have any chance @ working? It’s a great outside the box idea!
