As the majority of the laws regarding firearms are being ruled unconstitutional, the 1934 NFA, 1968 Gun Control Act, and 1986 protection act are obsolete and poorly worded, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives should be minimized or eliminated.
Alcohol Is mostly state level enforcement, so it should be FDA or USDA. Tobacco should be USDA, Firearms should be FBI and IRS, and Explosives should be Bureau of Mines and Quarries. Repeal NFA, GCA, and FOPA.
