Bankruptcy and student loans

While student loan forgiveness may not be an acceptable option for many Americans to agree upon one area that could help alleviate stress is when someone is unfortunately wrapped in bankruptcy. While many debts are wrapped into bankruptcy student loans gets the exception and is the most burdensome. Our judges can forgive tens of thousands of bad loans and yet you still owe $100,000 in student loans. Well I’m not saying we should make a bankruptcy an easy process I do think it to be fair that if we can’t pay any bills the federal student loans should be wrapped into that as well.
