Ban the mentally ill from holding office

Any person that is confused about what gender they themselves are should not be able to hold office. Also it should be considered a disqualifier if someone says they don’t know what a man or woman is. The reality of male and female is not difficult to understand so I would not expect people with difficulties understanding this simple thing to be able to handle actual issues that citizens are concerned with.
