Ban on monetization from child social media and influencer accounts

With social media, parents and family members are able to post pictures and videos of their children online without consent at any age. Some of these children build a fandom and the parents can gain access to a creator fund and receive money and sponsorship deals on the child’s behalf. Unlike the child labor laws for standard work and the film industry, we have no federal protections for minors who are social media influencers. This is dangerous as the children can be overworked, have their likeness stolen by AI, and not receive any compensation for their time.

I would like to propose a ban on any monetization for influencer accounts where minors are the primary subject of the accounts. As a country we need to protect our children and ensure that they can integrate into society into a healthy manner.
