It’s a fact that stores keep the fresh foods in the back and sells the old foods to customers. Its been years since I’ve been able to go into a store and buy a fresh loaf of bread along with many other items. If we are going to pay money for our food, it should be top quality! There needs to be some regulations put in place that will prohibit stores from selling old stale food. They literally hold onto the fresh foods until they get stale and then sell it to their customers. Its called first in, last out (filo). How about putting all fresh foods on the shelves when it comes in and decrease your supply order numbers?
