Ban Obesogens aka Chemicals That Cause Weight Gain

Ban chemicals known as OBESOGENS from our food and related products (plastsic ware, non stick pans, et c)

Obesogens are hormone disrupting chemicals added to our food which knowingly cause weight gain by disrupting your metabolism, causing your body to produce new or larger fat cells, blocking fat cells from releasing stored fat to use as energy, altering your eating habits impacting your gastrointestinal tract, which affects how food is digested.

Substances include but are not limited to bisphenol A (BPA), phthalates, tributyltin (TBT), organotins, polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), pesticides like DDT, certain flame retardants, parabens, and some phytoestrogens found in certain foods like soybeans and lentils.

I would also like additional phytoestrogens such as flaxseeds, chickpeas, and sesame seeds researched as well as xenoestrogens to be banned from personal care products as they disrupt hormones, cause infertility, and can be the cause of hormone disruption leading to possible cancers.
