Ban Non-Organic Food and Antibiotics in Animals We Consume

The United States should ban all forms of glyphosate and harmful pesticides and stop the use of harmful pesticides in all forms of agricultural production. The risks these chemicals pose to human health are too great to ignore! They endanger not only the health of individuals but also the integrity of the environment. Studies have proven that these awful chemicals in food lead to serious health issues, from hormonal imbalances to severe chronic diseases.

By eliminating GMOs and enforcing organic farming practices, we can move toward a healthier, more natural approach to food production that supports the well-being of our communities and ecosystems. Non-GMO, organic foods are closer to what nature intended, and prioritizing them ensures that our agricultural system promotes long-term health, sustainability, and biodiversity.

Equally vital is addressing the quality of meat produced in the United States. Many conventional farming practices rely on the routine use of antibiotics and an unnatural corn-based diet for animals, both of which have adverse effects on human health and the animals themselves. Antibiotic overuse in animal farming contributes to the rise of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, and also pouring those anti biotics to us! Our bodies are not meant to get a constant influx of anti biotics.

Additionally, animals raised on corn—an ingredient foreign to their natural diets—often suffer from digestive issues, which in turn impacts the quality of meat they produce. Feeding animals a diet that mimics their natural food sources and banning the use of antibiotics would not only improve their well-being but also enhance the nutritional quality of the meat we consume. When animals are raised humanely and sustainably, their meat becomes a source of nourishment rather than a vector of health risks.

The chemicals and antibiotics prevalent in both crop and animal farming jeopardize the health of consumers. Transitioning to organic and humane agricultural practices without pesticides, GMOs, or antibiotics can help create a healthier nation and a more responsible food industry.

Thank you!

GMO plants no longer produce exudates, which feed and facilitate, all the plants needs, by way of the microbes, who can not produce such metabolites, and so live in symbiosis with the plant. In short, which I am happy to expand on, if the plant can not access this system, they need to be fed fertilizers, which is very polluting to the ecosystems foundational supports, as well as the consumer. GMOs also need pesticides, which are naturally available for non-gmo plants. I am familiar with this science if anyone has questions.
