Ban marketing incentives used to sell medicines such as vaccines / flu shots by offering discounts or free goods for unrelated products. Pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS run marketing campaigns to incentivize customers to get medications like vaccines and flu shots by offering sales such as 20% off entire purchases at the store if you get a free flu shot / Covid vaccine. This should not be legal as it preys on lower income customers by incentivizing them to take a medication they might not otherwise want in order to get a discount. If the medicine works, it shouldn’t need marketing schemes to prey on Americans.
