Abortions during the 3rd trimester should be banned, this does not include removing babies that are still born or already passed from natural causes or injuries, therefore as not to cause harm or injury or death to the mother for not providing care to her when the baby died from complications or other unavoidable conditions that were unknown. There should be no allowance of late term abortions for mental health whatsoever. If a man kills his wife and unborn child it’s a double homicide, if you kill a baby in the womb during 3rd trimester or after 24 weeks or viability of life outside the womb it should be considered murder in the first degree.

Personally I would love for the abortion restriction to start much sooner, although any restriction is better than nothing.
Trump has said that he will not sign any abortion ban, but there is a way we could severely limit abortions after 24 weeks.
We could ban feticide. We can say that while this law does not ban the ending of a pregnancy at any time, it outlaws the use of dismemberment, digoxin shots, etc, any tool of feticide against any unborn child determined to be viable.
I made a comprehensive policy package that includes this idea, among many other pro-life concessions, that I think are consistent with Trump’s campaign promises. Would you please consider my proposal?
