Remove the motivation to attack traditional values, Families and Women by banning pharmaceutical and other institutional profiting from the sale, purchase, and use of aborted fetal tissue. Stopping the morbid practice at its source should have a naturally regulating effect in reducing desire for abortion and healing the cultural acceptance and practice of having and maintaining family.
