As consumers we rely on the companies to be honest about the products we’re purchasing, and shouldn’t have to be experts on reading labels before we understand what we’re putting inside and outside our bodies.

Food is meant to be nutritional, fuel for our bodies, so therefore anything that’s sold as food should be adding nutritional value to our bodies, unless it’s labeled as otherwise. The fact that there’s a health food section in grocery stores is alarming.
