Ban Government Agencies and Local Law Enforcement from Gangstalking and Targeting American Citizens Unjustifiably

Ban government agencies and local law enforcement agencies from targeting and gang stalking innocent American citizens with no obvious or warranted reasoning. If a person is blatantly disobeying the law, they (the agencies and law enforcement) should have to go through the proper chain of command to resolve the matter such as an actual warrant or proof that said person is doing something deemed unlawful. Then present the evidence to the proper authorities and go about it in a justly and fair manner verses sending numerous people to follow, harass, intimidate and even attempt to traffic/kidnap/harm said person. Stop use of direct energy weapons on said citizens.
