I agree that there should be a ban on gender transitioning for minors, but also puberty blocking agents. Filling these children up with all those synthetic hormones and blocking what their body is naturally trying to produce will prove detrimental.

I 100% second this. As a mom of 3 kids, I believe a child should never make any permanent or life altering decisions. When youâre 18, do whatever it is you wanna do, Iâm not stopping and Iâm not judging. Seriously, do what you wanna do and leave children out of it. Thatâs all I care about.

And offer mental health services for all children currently involved in these barbaric programs. They will need help recovering.

Yes! You canât even rent a car until youâre like 21 in most states! Why are we letting children change their entire future life before becoming an adult!

Agree. They also canât serve in the military. All these things you canât do til you become an adult so why should operations of this nature be an exception?
Of course, children born with the xyH chromoson, sometimes identified medically as intersex or improperly as hermaphridte, would need to be excluded, so that at the time of puberty, when their hormonal expressions happen, if any medically recommended surgery was needed, it could be performed to align with that gender.
when you ban transgender surgery for children, can you pls also ban for vulnerable adults (those diagnosed with adhd or autism)? These vulnerable adults are also being mislead to undergo transgender transition, rather than addressing their mental health. Thank you!!

As a transgender person I agree! I wish more trans people just wanted to be left alone without shoving it in everyones faces and leaving it out of conversations with children. I cannot support anyone under 18 medically transitioning. It should be 18+ maybe even 21+

NO MINOR, 18 and under, needs access to a cell phone with data (internet). Cell phone companies should create phones, that have no internet capability. INTERNET is destroying minors development. Itâs information overload. Take computers out of schools. Put text books and writing skills back, AND TRADITIONAL research skills, from with books, NOT GOOGLE!!!
I would also like to have somebody investigate the top therapists. I would like to instead perform a study to understand what portion of these people were actually molested/which led to disembodiment and wanting safety/stop being seen, (to get as far away from themselves as humanly possible). An additional question would be to interview the mothers of these people. All of the trans people that I know were either molested, or their parents hated/detested the gender that the child was born into (generally the mother⌠who may have also been molested as a child.)
Having direct interaction with one of the two top therapists in the nation, 15 years ago (who had a wait list of about two months), when they got on the phone with my friend, within less than 10 minutes they were screaming at my friend and telling him to leave his family and become a woman. My friend left his family⌠Knowing my friends backstory, I see it as a far more evil agenda to not address the deep wounding of sexual trauma. When this doesnât get healed at its core, it distorts and leads to perversion and suffering.
These people were also told that they are a perversion of God so they created a sub society⌠But the perversion came from molestations and toxified parents⌠Not from God.
I recall when this issue became prominent in the DNC dialogue that the 2 top surgeons who were doing the surgeries and prescribing he drugs, who both âtransitioned,â came out against it for children and really for anyone because they both experienced what should be obvious common sense, it does not work to address the underlying mental illness and anyone who goes through the process will NEVER be able to be intimate with another human being ever. It is queer theorists and corrupt activists pushing this on society and our most vulnerable. Iâm for letting adults make their own informed choices and perhaps mandating some mental health treatment. The subsidies rate among gender dysphoric indicators is perhaps the best indicator that this so-called gender affirming care is another medical/Big Pharma sham.
As part of the ban: create an outreach program for detransitioners and increase the statute of limitation for them to be able to sue for injuries sustained in this process. (Ideas from Chloe Cole, not mine.)

I agree with this, but we need to be consistent, this should not be a federal issue, but instead left up to the states, as with the case of abortions. Federal government should however encourage state lawmakers to take it on and put it on the state ballots
