Ban Corporate and Bank Acquisition of Residential Homes

To combat the housing affordability crisis by prohibiting banks, corporations, and large investment firms from acquiring residential properties solely for rental income. This policy seeks to curb speculative investment in housing, prioritize individual and family homeownership, and stabilize communities by ensuring that residential properties are used primarily for housing rather than profit generation. In cases where a home is being foreclosed on would not be banned from being taken over by banks.
