We all know the 3 big artificial sweeteners have a plethora of studies of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular systems. Along with DNA mutations and damage. Allulose and Stevia have shown to be guilt free sweeteners, that won’t cause damage at cellular levels. Even Monk fruit and dates are better options!
