Red 40 is the worst food dye out there. Other countries have banned it because it can increase hyperactivity and irritability in children, especially those with ADHD. It can even damage your DNA. Red 3 causes cancer. Yellow 6 has cancer causing chemicals in it. Other dyes also cause organ damage, birth defects and more. You can easily get the same colors without poison but instead you can get it naturally with fruit and vegetables!
