In order to protect the lives of minors, if a child’s birth parent (mother or father) commits a sex crime against a child or adult and found guilty, he/she should automatically have any and all parental rights removed, along with no future contact via messaging, email, letters, phone calls, etc…

This is already a thing. When you go to court and they have that on their record their not given any visitation because a judge can not legally grant it.
