Autoimmune research and treatments

Would love to see more research and energy go into treating and/or curing autoimmune diseases. I am currently living through this with my child and it is horrific. And worst part is there is NOTHING that can be done to help. It’s a wait it out game. I just cannot believe there is nothing that will help besides Tylenol and steroids. And on that note, would love to see more natural or energy and frequency healing for these issues.
