Do not remove speech therapy and adaptive swim from disability programs for children. These services are needed to further the quality of life for disabled children. Many parents are not able to afford these services on their own. Additionally they also rely on after school programs such as Boys and Girls Club. Which could be cut if they stop receiving funds from the department of Education. If the department of Education is removed please establish a government grant to replace this funding. The programs are essential in maintaining a quality family unit. Without them many parents are left without after school care. Please consider ways to support these programs and still maintain the current goal of the DOGE.
