It is imperative that all NGOs be subjected to thorough audits. A new policy must be established to ensure full transparency regarding how these organizations are funded, with clear and public disclosures of all financial sources. The days of allowing “dark money” to flow unchecked into NGO operations must end—no longer should the public be kept in the dark about how their tax dollars are being used.
Taxpayer funds, whether granted by state or federal governments, must no longer flow to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) without strict oversight and accountability. There must be an independent oversight board in place to ensure that taxpayer dollars are not being misused or directed toward activities that undermine the interests of the people.
All NGOs should be required to provide full transparency on how they allocate their funds and detailed information on the programs they operate. The public has a right to know how these organizations are spending money, especially when it comes from government coffers.
The weaponization of NGOs against citizens must stop. Too many organizations have used tax dollars to support harmful agendas, some of which contribute to criminal activity, seek to destabilize governments, and even threaten the sovereignty of nations. This cannot continue. Immediate reform is needed to protect the public from the misuse of their resources and to ensure NGOs operate in the service of the people, not against them.
