Arrest government (all levels including federal and local levels) agents, judges, and officials who protect criminals. They should be trialed as assessors to a crime. From protecting criminals in redacted documents to actual criminals with crimes and criminal records.

Fire those who do not enforce such laws that prevent the harbor of criminals.
Aren’t there already laws against harboring criminals? The problem is not the lack of policy - laws are codified policies - but the lack of enforcement.
What we are experiencing is that the law enforcement authorities are ‘captured’ by those who are harboring criminals. It is a career-ending activity to act against the wishes of your boss.
Perhaps what is needed is a policy that gives recourse to command law enforcement to do so at risk of being replaced. The Minneapolis police chief is obviously a toady to Frey.
In such a case, we need to fire those who do not enforce such actions.
