RFK Jr. will tackle most of the concerns and issues listed in this post. He would be the most logical choice to limit the regulatory overhaul of the FDA regulatory by both the processed food and biopharma industry, the major drivers of both disease and health care costs in the United States. He could incentivize the FDA to incentivize healthy, non pharmaceutical alternatives to children and adult diets that would achieve the same outcomes that biopharma does, at a fraction of the cost and an even smaller fraction of the adverse side effects.
Too small a role for RFK
He needs to have full portfolio of health and intelligence agencies
probably true, but may be too much for one person. RFK over health agencies and Ramaswamy/Tulsi over intelligence agencies may work also.
As much as I would love the karmic justice of RFK becoming head of the intelligence agencies, he seems to have made his mission statement clear: Make America Healthy Again. And the best place he can do that is the FDA.
As others have said, that is too limiting. Let’s not put RFK in a box. He can do much more. He can direct the head of the FDA on what needs to be done.
Vivek has no qualifications for any agency. He was praising Biden for mandates 2 years ago. His primary campaign was all about repeating things RFK was saying and then running on anti-woke issues. Maybe a department of anti-wokeness
Health and intelligence agencies are interconnected and have been interconnected for 60+ years. No one understands all the things intelligence agencies are doing and how they’re operating and manipulating the public like RFK
We need to recognize whether or not we even “want” an FDA, let alone put RFK at the “head of it”.
I fully get that this new MAGA/MAHA coalition is aligned in it’s view of our civil liberties. I think what is coming for us is a decision - we & they need to decide how much and how many of these regulatory agencies we want existing at all. Hopefully this is coming.
I voted for this! In reality, he needs to be over all medical-related agencies. NIH, CDC, FDA, HHS… because they are all 100% pure corruption. We need ONE, single agency with different divisions under the same umbrella. That would save our country BILLIONS each year.
No. We need to dissolve ALL government 3 letter alphabet agencies since they are the cause of the current detriments to American Society. They are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and should NOT exist in the first place. They exist solely for the benefit of The NGO’s and NOT We The People.
Yes, completely agree!!
