Animal neglect and abuse recognized at a federal level, as a felony crime. This would hold those who are found guilty of animal cruelty, accountable followed by, filed felony charges and fines, and or the Loss of Rights to future ownership of any pets or having any future pets within their possession or within their property.

Sorry, I don’t believe the federal government needs to get involved. Each state needs to take responsibility. I do believe that anyone found guilty of neglect/cruelty (which includes puppy mills) should lose their rights to own animals.

We need more individual freedom and less surveillance state. This creates more surveilance state and would be easily abused.
Go on FaceBook look up, Border Horse Slaughter Rescue. Border Horse Slaughter Rescue is one of many of rescuers and sanctuaries trying to help innocent animals. I don’t you realize just how bad the abuse and neglect is of all species of animals. People are being so evil to these innocent animals. They need help !!! Everyone can do better for these innocent lives. They’ve done absolutely nothing wrong what so ever. I tried to copy a link onto here but it won’t let me. But you can go to their page on Facebook to see some of what is going on. The people responsible for their suffering must be held accountable. According to a screenshot shared in the comments from the Border Horse Slaughter Rescue page, this cruelty is happening on Indian reservations. These acts of animal abuse and neglect are inexcusable, and those responsible should face legal consequences, including prison time. If they can be talked with about what people are seeing and hearing about what they are doing on their Indian reservations, that we are all upset about them being involved in the abuse and neglect of animals, maybe they will work out a resolution. They don’t deserve money for helping to get the horse to loving farms, sanctuaries etc… because they’re not putting money into the animals anyway. This must stop. I know abuse and neglect is happening in other areas besides the Indian reservations also. Just search animal rescuers and or sanctuaries. Just to name a couple words to put into your search bar(s). Please help us help the innocent animals !!! Thank you for anything that can done for them. They don 't deserve to be treated badly at all.
