An Act to prohibit any Dual-National whatsoever from acting in the following capacities in the United States:
*No elected official or their employees, advisors or contractors, and no one involved in policy decision-making in any capacity whatsoever shall be a Dual National, rather such individuals must be sole citizens of the United States of America with no criminal record.
*No Corporate Executive or Board Member of a US Corporate entity of any kind whatsoever or any of its subsidiaries including DBAs or pseudonymous entities doing business with the United States of America shall be a dual citizen, rather such individuals must be sole citizens with no criminal record.
Penalties for violation of such provisions range from charges of treason to others felonies to be established pursuant to this chapter.
In addition, the category of Federal Government employees known as the “Senior Executive Services” shall be eliminated immediately. This category shall not be re-established under any other name, classification or operative protocol and no one shall ever be hired again in that capacity. In addition any benefits paid to such employees including but not limited to salaries, overtime, per diem expenses, contract, special duty pay, disability and retirement will immediately be terminated. The only remedy under Law to such employees will be unemployment benefits. No lawsuits against the Government or anyone for enforcement of this statute will be permitted.
