Amnesty for All* Illegal immigrants

Create a 90-day Amnesty to become permanent residents and bring out all immigrants that have entered the US illegally with terms and conditions:
1 - you would have to have entered before 2020
2 - pay $5000 per person or more in fees and application processing to USCIS within the 90 days - this will help pay for the employees needed to carry out this amnesty and to carry out the deportations of everyone left
3 - have had no criminal record whatsoever here or before entering here - meaning you have to prove you were a good citizen in your home country
4 - have been here working and paying taxes and can prove it
5 - pass all medical backgrounds and have minimum needed vaccinations currently required for all US citizens.

By doing this amnesty you will bring forward all who are non-criminals and raise money to pay for the deportations for the ones who do not apply within the 90 days because they will not meet the above terms.

Let’s face it, it’s not possible and expensive to deport all illegals but if we weed out the bad apples then it becomes feasible and very likely, all while using the money of the good ones.

Can you clarify if your idea would be in addition to current Naturalization requirements (listed below), or if your idea is ‘instead of’ the below requirements
(from Citizenship Requirements - New Americans Campaign)?

  1. You must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. You must show that you have been a lawful permanent resident of the United States (informally known as having a green card) for at least five years (or three years if you are married to a United States citizen).
  3. You must have continuous residence in the U.S. for at least five years (or three years if you are married to a United States citizen).
  4. You must be physically present in the U.S. for at least half that time.
  5. You must be a person of “good moral character.” This means not having certain problems with the police or other authorities.
  6. You must be able to read, write, and speak basic English.*
  7. You must have a knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of U.S. history and government.
  8. You must take a loyalty oath and support the Constitution and form of government of the United States.

I was unaware that there are medical background checks and minimum vaccination requirements currently required for all US citizens - can you expound on what the minimum medical background and vaccination requirements are for US citizens?

What about people who have been working towards becoming a citizen already? Wouldn’t this idea put everyone who entered illegally at the front of the line, and actually penalize those who were trying to do it legally?

No Amnesty in my opinion, that’s what Congress gets away with every day

There is a difference and first become a lawful permanent resident and then after 5 years can become a naturalized citizen. You outlined becoming a Citizen. and there are minimum requirement vaccines when becoming a permanent resident. They also make sure you don’t already come into the country with diseases.

They get away with doing it with no stipulations. I’m putting terms to weed out the bad immigrants, making it feasible and deporting all criminals possible.

I think transitioning them to another viable country that is willing and able to accept them is something that needs consideration instead.

Where would the money to do that come from? What I’m suggesting, the money would come from them to deport the bad thems and everyone that came after 2020.

The Pope made statements saying that all immigrants must be received.

Since that is politics, you send them to the Vatican, and if the Pope refuses their entry, the Catholic Church loses tax exempt status.

We would transition the money being spent on keeping them to be used to deport them. Once they are gone we wouldn’t be footing that bill any longer

You are referring to those that came under Biden Harris administration. those would not qualify for this amnesty, they would have to go immediately.

Absolutely no way & no how. Such a thing was done before (Reagan) & it only invited more. Shut down the border & send everyone away who’s 1st act in America is to disrespect & violate her most basic of laws - sovereignty/security.
