American Workers Health Freedom and Reparations Act

Make it illegal for any employer both public and private to “mandate” vaccinations, medication or health advice that would go against ones personal beliefs and or puts their health safety at risk. Companies would retain the right to accommodate alternate working arrangements should someone be proven to be a risk to the rest of the workforce via a communicable disease or virus.

Any employer seen to be violating to policy or is proven to have violated this policy during the times of COVID resulting in an employee expulsion and termination or any time in the future would be subject to fines, damages and reparations for forcing the exposure of ones confidential health records, damaging lifelong careers and violating ones right to health autonomy over their own body and disrupting the ability to provide for their families.

Although the COVID times were uncommon, we had many companies and employers managing to navigate these times without firing, mandating, exposing or ousting employees from their careers while maintaining a strong workforce. Those employers who seemingly violated Civil Rights and HIPAA laws should be held liable to the employees who went through the expulsion from their companies for damages and reparations.
