American funds should stay in the states to help the American people. If the government wants to provide financial support to outside countries with American funds then there needs to be a vote by We the People, not just the house and senate. There should never be another case where a foreign country is getting financial support from us while our neighbors are getting hit by disasters and can’t get the assistance they need.
