A policy that would not allow foreign governments to purchase land in America. Foreign individuals can only purchase a small parcel.

Mexico and other countries do not allow foreigners to buy property in the country without some type of bank trust or establishment of a legal entity. It is very difficult for Americans to buy property today because of so much competition of foreign invested capital. This is good for our economy, but it’s also bad for citizens. There should be specific restrictions that outline how many properties for entities can own and the process should be limited. Too many Americans can no longer afford housing in their own country.

There are so many things I would order Presidents and Governors to pay from their own pockets just for allowing farm land and companies to go under the wire to foreign purchasers in the 1st place , then the land would go to an American lotto to be an American guardian over, We have to Make America Sacred Again !
