Amendment: Right to Free Practice and Health Transparency


Section 1.

The government shall make no law, and take no action; in the prohibition, suppression, and punishment; of the peoples right to free practice and expression of food, health, and medicine; thus the individual right of self-practice; and the absolute right of the individual’s body autonomy, in regards to food, health, and medicine; shall not be denied or violated.

Section 2.

The people shall have the right and security to not be forcibly or unknowingly administered any substances or body alterations. This right shall not be denied, violated, or punished; by the government or by any non-government entities.

Section 3.

All past, present, and future information; regarding the peoples health, food, safety, and medicine; shall be forever made to remain public for the people to view; which shall be readily and easily available for free public access; and shall not be withheld by any means.

The government and all non-government entities shall make no law, and take no action; in the prohibition, delay, and suppression; of the initiation and execution of investigations, or the release of informations; regarding public health, food, safety, and medicine.

Section 4.

This amendment can not be superceded by the effect of another law or amendment, and can not be repealed.
