Amendment allowing recall elections for elected federal politicians, appointees and create a federal voter initiative, referendum and repeal process

America voters do not have any recourse at the federal level like we enjoy in the state and local level. We can’t recall the president, congressman or department heads when they don’t act in the best interest of America. NAFTA, immigration, energy policy and so on. Voters would never approve these disastrous policies. We can’t repeal bad legislation passed in continuous resolutions. We can’t start a voter initiative for term limits and campaign finance reform. We have no power against the donor class and we are all suffering. They would be forced to listen to voters rather than lobbyists.
