It is time to consider allowing ALL mitary personnel serving the U.S. national security the right to vote for the Commander in Chief. I currently serve with and know thousands of citizens who are not allowed to vote because they are Puerto Rican or another U.S. territory. If they are serving in the U.S. military, they should be authorized to vote for thier boss. The only hurdle to this policy would be deciding which state their vote belongs to for electoral purposes.
