In this era of mass corruption in government, agencies, and conspiracy collusions, I propose corrupt actors go in debt to pay back the money they obtained illegally or through corrupt means.
This can be done through a new definition defined as ‘Corruption Debt’. Which is paying back the money they obtained through corruption. On top of this, the money includes interest for any missed payments. The money can be administered back to the people as stimuluses or to agreed upon resources. It’s important the money isn’t recirculated back into government to refund alternate potentially also corrupted actors.
Perhaps an example can be Palosi to pay back the money she obtained through insider trading. Another example can be the Hunter family supposedly funneling funds from LLCs. It can also be the money provided to individuals through the USAID entity.
