All Bills Read aloud by Congress from the floor

Proposed Constitutional Amendment

Every proposed bill must be read aloud in its entirety on the floor of the chamber in which it has been proposed.

Only those representatives or senators who have been present for the entire reading may vote either for or against the bill.

No bill can be passed with less than a simple majority participating in the vote.

(No more scalawags shirking duties or not knowing what is in the bills they’re voting for or against. Slows down the process of passing laws. And should lead to shorter bills.)
