This topic has to do with America contributing aid to other foreign nations. ALL aid to other nations should be in the form of products made in the USA! NO cash to be used for foreign aid. We all know when cash is sent it is stolen, abused, and it never gets used for the purpose sent. Again, stop sending our cash as aid to other countries. Send USA made products like tents, tractors, food, etc.
