Agricultural self sufficiency

Redirect useless policy funding into grants to encourage individual or group projects that focus on growing organic crops locally, with potential to grow into community efforts such as education and participation groups for example eldery/youth etc. This strengthens community and economy with options to create small businesses and barter systems in hard times, while supporting self sufficiency independent of relying on outside imports for essential food and produce. This should apply to livestock also, like chicken/egg production.
