Criminal charges for anyone, including the government, who spray chemicals over the United States, that are known to cause illness in people, animals or vegetation. Any aerial spraying must be registered with a government department and approved prior to such activity. Government department must only approve safe chemicals. Any chemicals that do not have prior safety research completed, will not be approved.

These chemicals are sprayed over most, if not all, of the US today at high altitude. The people do not know what is being sprayed, only that something is. There is no reason to believe this is not bad for people, animals, plants. There must be transparency on this. What, why, when, how, who?
