I was trying to find where I would add a new topic, i could not find anything where to put it.
What is about, all the Veterans non profit organization that have been stepping up, where this government has once again failed us. I think the new administration can do something to help them, where would I add this in to post, I could not find anything that would allow me to do this.

First, you go to the actual category to submit a new proposal, which then assigns the category

…and then you can add the respective tags that apply within that category
