Abortions should be legal, regardless of reason, in all 50 states up to 16 weeks of pregnancy. Then residents of each state can vote, if they want to extend the 16 week period. The only exception to the limit would be rape, incest or health of the mother. However, tax payer dollars should not pay for any abortions with the exception of the 3 exceptions listed previously.
The US cannot use tax payer money to fund abortions in any foreign country.
Transgender Treatment
Minors should not be able to receive any transgender treatments including hormone blockers, disrupters and/or surgery. Any adults wanting to transition to the opposite sex, can do so after the age of 18 or 21 years of age. However, tax payer dollars shall not be used to pay for any transgender treatments. Individuals wishing to transition will need to pay out of pocket or maintain insurance that will cover expenses. No tax payer dollars shall pay for Transition treatments in the US or any foreign country.
No person residing in state or federal prison is eligible for Transition treatment and must reside in the prison facility according to the gender assigned at birth.
