ABOLISH USDA, BLM, FOREST SERVICE, FISH AND WILDLIFE, ALL LAND AND WATER AGENCIES

ABOLISH USDA, BLM, FOREST SERVICE, FISH AND WILDLIFE, AND ALL LAND AND WATER MANAGEMENT AGENCIES - REPLACE WITH A SINGLE NEW AGENCY AMERICAN LANDS AND WATERS.

I propose that the following # policy proposals, about All USDA, BLM, Fish and Wildlife, Marine Fisheries policies were all created to deal with a problem. We have learned that when a policy is created to address a problem, where the problem is the Context then we ALWAYS have negative unintended consequences. I propose that as part of DOGE we merge ALL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES WHICH CURRENTLY HAVE LAND MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AS THEIR MISSION.
We then create a National Holistic Context with ALL STAKEHOLDERS having a voice to create a National Document stating how we want our lands and waters to be. This will likely describe, clean air, water and healthy soils, with abundant wildlife and happy healthy people living according to the religion they desire to practise with economies to support them.

Then we also have State and County holistic contexts with more regional and local input.
Then this new agency will be tasked with creating new policies to assist in achieving the quality of life everyone has described by CONSENSUS, NOT COMPROMISE.

This new agency will significantly reduce Federal overreach and burdensome regulations and will allow land, water, fish, wildlife, and communities to be managed as desired in the future.

Every agency I have worked with over the last 35 years has complained about the regulations in different agencies always having negative unintended consequences and employees being powerless to correct the damage without an Act of Congress. They have also complained about how different agencies have policies that directly contradict each other. Finally what works on the East Coast is almost the exact opposite of what is needed on the West Coast. People living in cities generally don’t understand that year round wet areas have to have completely different management than areas with a short wet and long dry or cold season.

Merge Proposals.

This is the category that most closely fits my proposal. I recently found out that the Forest Service budget has been cut severely. (We all have to accept budget cuts to reduce our debt). One budget item that has been cut is Seasonal Employment workers. This group is greatly responsible for trail and campsite maintenance. Consolidating all land use agencies may be a way to cut costs and increase efficiency? Once the fraud, waste and abuse issues have been addressed and these agencies / agency become more efficient I recommend reinstating the Seasonal Employment workers. These workers do the greatest amount of good vs money spent during the highest impact season (summer) in our National Forests. They are working at lower wages than full time employees and from what I understand have few if any benefits. (retirement, medical…). Most Bang for the Buck. Regards. Todd Herman

I will stand behind your proposal. Our gov destroyed our way of life. The massive amounts of Red Tape involved just to get a starter loan for a farm will put most people out. I tried and it was insane what they wanted in paperwork.
