There is no reason a vehicle should have to be taxed after being purchased when it was brand new. The tax has already been paid for by the first owner from the dealership, which was at its highest value. Every sale after the initial sale shouldn’t be required to be taxed as The American people are already taxed to death enough, and we’re sick of it. This itself, would incentivize and create more sales, driving the economy up. I would have a hard time believing anybody would be against this policy.
