A Law -
1] The shootingdown or shooting at, a contrail or it’s plane shall, be an Infraction - $50 MAXimum fine in the united States of America or either of them.
2] & the guilty party shall be encouraged to join the militia by the siting officer.
3] As in South Carolina’s Constitution - when applied to this charge ;
“All judges , seated, shall, by statute, be officers in the militia”. Yet if only staturarially.
4] the above paragraph 3 should be considered in this case [if alone], but yet any local judge may be obliged to follow his wisdom.
5] It is presumed in this law that there are no other charges in this case.
