My cousin owns a condo in a foreign country, rents it out most of the year and vacations there. This “verbo” type of ownership should be allowed.

Having seen a Chinese Corporation buy a historic and large Texas ranch, I am passionately opposed to China having any ownership of my home state. I cannot cross the Rio Grande back into Mexico and purchase and own Mexican land. In this instance, I believe we should follow their example.
