28th Amendment. Right to Privacy spelled out

Current interpretations of our “ Right to privacy “ via the 4th, 9th, & 14th amendments are inadequate. Government entities have found a workaround. Private corporations Regularly collect private data on individuals. Most people believe that this is Nothing more than collecting data for marketing or other unimportant purposes. Individuals agreed to this Data collection via the licensing agreements through Apps/software. If they had any idea that this information would be shared with the government, they may think twice. Private Corporations have been pressured (and in some cases are happy to release) information collected . This information would not be available to any government entity unless they had provided sufficient evidence to a judge to justify a warrant. This has led to the emergence of a “ Surveillance State”.
